We make our cookies by hand, in small batches, in view of the majestic Rocky Mountains in Cochrane, Alberta. Great air and a beautiful view make for a pretty nice office. We are equally committed to organic and fair trade principles, and proud to be certified organic by EcoCert. Our products are made with locally sourced ingredients whenever possible, like Highwood Crossing flour and Vital Green Organic dairy.
