FAPCL Group Information

Established as a private limited company, FAPCL Group was set up to offer both financial and property solutions. Founded in 2010 by Martin Dias, a career banker of over 25 years in the banking sector. Martin's background is from the banking line, having worked with Barclays Bank for 17 years from 1983 to 1999 and then doing short stays in a number of private banks among them NIC Bank and ABC Bank. He covered banking areas in operations, internal audit, credit cards and lending. Martin's passion remained in Corporate Banking where he did a number of years in Relationship Banking rising to the position of Senior Manager and Head of Corporate Banking. FAPCL Nairobi office was officially opened in April 2011 by the former Assistant Minister for Industrialization Hon. Nderitu Mureithi. Our Nairobi office is located in ABC Place on Waiyaki Way while the first outlet was launched in September 2017 at the Village Market in Gigiri with another following shortly after at the Hub Mall in Karen. FAPCL today is the only business offering a one stop shop in both solutions - finance and property.
