Fano is an AI company specializing in speech and natural language processing technologies to help enterprises with their customer services, compliance, and other lines of businesses. We are particularly focusing on mixed languages in Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. As of today, we have supported some of the most accurate speech recognition engines for Cantonese, Mandarin, English (Indian, Singaporean, Filipino), Thai, Arabic, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia, Taiwanese, and Vietnamese. Fano started off as a spin-off from the University of Hong Kong and backed by the Hong Kong Science & Technology Park, Horizons Ventures, Gobi Partners, and Openspace Ventures.
