Nanny sharing is one of the best-value childcare options out there, but also one of the hardest to set up: two families and a caregiver all have to line up on schedules, budgets, location, and expectations. That's a compatibility and coordination problem, not just a search problem. At the center is FAM, our match assistant. Instead of making families dig through endless profiles, FAM learns what a family or caregiver actually needs, weighs real compatibility, and helps surface the right matches. Over time, FamLink aims to support the entire nanny share — from finding compatible families and caregivers to coordinating and managing the arrangement once it's formed.
