Established in 1983 by a single-family physician, Family Practice Associates of Lexington has grown to over 25 providers in 2 locations – serving both in Lexington and Nicholasville, KY for over 39 years! FPA is one of the largest independent primary care groups in Central Kentucky and offers comprehensive primary care services to its patients. We are a certified Patient Centered Medical Home with a focus on patient engagement and value-based/high-quality care. Our mission is simple: to provide preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic health services with attention to individual need.
