Our mission is to promote health, positive relationships, and support for life's transitions through free support groups, seminars and workshops. The groups we offer include: Caregivers, Coping with Depression, Couple Check-up, CrazyBusy, Crohn's Colitis, Diabetic, Divorce, Everyday Spirituality, Financial Peace University, Grief, Guided Meditations on Forgiveness, Holistic Health & Wellness, How to Change Yourself (in ways you want) and How to Change Others (in relationship with you), Job Search, Made to Crave, Strengths Based Career Management and Surviving Pain with Hope & Grace.
