We are a team of compassionate lawyers who understand that it is difficult enough to have a child going through medical treatment, and it can be even more difficult when treatment is stalled due to issues relating to proper consent. We aim to remove this legal burden by establishing guardianships, conservatorships, and powers of attorney as needed for children to receive care.
