Brief : • Development of fixed delivery consultancy that will manage end to end Project Processes that dove tail into the existing SA Government processes. • Lever and enhance current arrangements with both Dimension Data and EDS • Provide competitive tension where possible on Hardware purchase and design for both server/storage and network environments. Outcomes : • Successful implementation to specified timelines and cost levels. • Delivery of projects to quality and time levels. • Drive value via sourcing of relevant hardware (computing and networking) from most appropriate vendor (time to deliver at best price). • Detailed support documentation to hand over to support areas. How: • Experienced Project and Technical Staff that have history of successful delivery. • Appropriate Governance to ensure integrity. • Competent peer level engagement to remove ambiguity. • Understanding of the external influences on SA Government delivery. • Alliances with key industry partners that drive efficiency.
