We welcome face to face meetings at our premises or yours and will provide direct dial numbers and direct email addresses so that you can contact the same member of staff every time. Our staff are all friendly and approachable and you will not find any hint of a call centre here. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and will always look to exceed your expectations. We are dependable and accountable. We honour our promises and will be here when you need us most which is likely to be in the event of an insurance claim.
