Fairway builds verified credit-market infrastructure connecting developing-market credit institutions with crypto-native capital. We work with local lending institutions, beginning with Ethiopian SACCOs and comparable credit institutions, to make real-world credit activity more verifiable, fundable, monitorable, and reportable through digital infrastructure. Many local credit institutions already understand their borrowers, originate loans, service repayments, and operate within local financial systems. Their constraint is often access to efficient external capital. At the same time, crypto-native capital providers have global liquidity, stablecoin settlement rails, and transparent market infrastructure, but need better verification, risk context, reporting, and repayment visibility before participating in real-world credit. Fairway provides the infrastructure layer between these two sides: - Credit-institution onboarding and verification. - Facility and loan-request workflows. - Structured metadata and documentation. - Settlement coordination between digital and local banking rails. - Monitoring, reporting, and repayment records. - Capital-provider readiness for verified real-world credit opportunities. Our first market focus is Ethiopia, where Fairway is developing controlled pilot infrastructure for short-duration SACCO lending. SACCOs and borrowers use local banking rails; Fairway coordinates the digital capital, verification, reporting, and infrastructure layer around the facility. Fairway is not a retail lending app. We are building the rails that make verified real-world credit opportunities legible to global digital capital.
