Fairmont Community Hospital and Lutz Wing will be the recognized Health Care Resource Center for our South Central Minnesota and North Central Iowa service area. OUR MISSION IS TO: Provide high quality health care within our economic, technological and human resource capabilities for the maximum benefit of our area. Collaborate with others to supply a complete spectrum of health care services. Serve as a regional support and referral center.
