Saurashtra freights State of art Container Freight Station [CFS] is strategically located at Mundra, the largest private port of India. The company has infrastructure facilities spread across 55 acres, it has a Capacity to handle 15000 TEUs per month 180,000 TEUs per annum with a market share of 20% amongst 11 other CFS players in Mundra.... While Saurashtra Freights foray into shipping line was a natural choice to extend its CFS customers door to door export and import services from India to International markets and vice versa under one roof but its desire was not limited to introducing a world class shipping line which is focused on customer satisfaction and service, it also pledged to change the world a little bit and make it a tad bit fairer to the under privileged. Keeping this pledge as the main motto Fairfreight Lines Pvt Ltd was launched with an oath to donate 1% of the freight amount to a cause of the customers choosing. Fairfreight has listed 20 social causes which their customers can choose to contribute at no cost to the customer. Fairfreight will donate 1% of the freight amount realized from the customers to the social cause of customers choosing and at the end of the month provide them with proof. Thus the customers will not only be shipping their cargo through Fairfreight Lines but shipping smiles to the underprivileged as well. During the last one year of operation, Fairfreight has been able to ship more smiles by being customer centric, focusing on reducing their time to market and cost to market.
