Serving the community since 1992, we started an open & affirming primary healthcare clinic (Mosaic Care Center) in 2020, and this regions first LGBTQ Community Center (Pride Center FXBG) in 2022. We serve the City of Fredericksburg and the Counties of Caroline, Culpeper, Fauquier, King George, Madison, Orange, Prince William, Rappahannock, Spotsylvania, Stafford, and Westmoreland.
