The Federation of Rural Women's Associations (Fademur) is a progressive organization that strives to achieve equality and progress for women who live and work in rural areas. It was founded in 2004 with the aim of reinforcing the work that was being develped by the associations of rural women who are integrated in it, because we know that the more of us there are and the more united we are, the stronger our demands for fundamental rights will be and the more possibilities we will have to influence the design of public policies that really fit our needs.
