New York in the 1960s, Andy Warhol, the plastic artist, adapted art to the concept of mass production, running off art work with outside help as on a factory line. He eventually turned his studio into a meeting place, the Factory, for people of all walks of life, including artists and musicians. Warhol merged the creativity of art with the requirements of the mass market . As of the end of the 1970s, the so-called Y-Generation emerged, characterised by its optimism, innovative approach, resourceful behaviour and skills in communications technology. With a strong sense of community and confident in their skills, they believed that working environments should be both pleasant and provide the opportunity for enhanced knowledge, through a process of sharing. Factory | Business Centre & CoWork was born of the combination of Warhol’s Factory with the Y generation’s changed perception of the work place. Factory, a CoWork & Business Center for Entrepreneurs, Freelancers and small companies. Specialties Business Center, CoWorking, Events, Workshops
