FactorVeermans Role Play Actors are actors that can work in any situation. Every client has its own ‘business’ content. This content is what makes the business. Every firm wants the content dealt with professionally. Adequate social contact and good communication skills are a necessity to reach your goals. At FactorVeermans we make sure all these aspects are taken care of when working with us. We make a personal and specific contribution to the learning process of anyone who wishes to improve his or her professional role. We provide a safe and professional learning environment. Every participant is entitled to learn at his or her own level. This can be very tough and even confronting, but at the same time often hilarious and relaxing. The participant’s learning process is always leading. FactorVeermans BV was founded on 1 January 2012 through the merger of Factor Actors and training agency Veermans. Both parties have occupied a special position in the market for learning and training for almost 35 years. We work both in the Netherlands and abroad and are based in Amsterdam. Our consultants specialize in learning through experience. They fulfill the role of training actor, co-trainer, process supervisor and organization expert. In addition, we work closely with a close-knit group of freelance training actors. Our work is supporting organizations in development and learning questions. We research, advise and design tailor-made programs for our clients. It is our vision and conviction that behavioral and attitudinal development are strongly stimulated through experience and the reflection on this. Within a safe learning environment we use working methods derived from the world of theatre, gaming, simulations and organizational theory. We believe that learning through experience led by FactorVeermans is fun and improves your company. It leaves every participant with lasting knowledge that can be directly applied into the working environment.
