The core product is simple to use and geographically precise, without the high cost and learning curve that are barriers to existing commercial mapping tools, including GIS. It can be customized in minutes, which makes it a perfect solution for dashboard use in business, real estate, academic, government work, etc. Esri (GIS), Mapinfo (Pitney Bowes), CartodB, Maptitude compose a market conservatively estimated at $6B. We have put in the clouds a tool that simplifies the key features required by a large percentage of their customers. Several universities (including Penn State and John Hopkins) offer master's degrees in GIS. Through our simplicity and low price point, FactLook will add exponentially new users to the existing marketplace, and convert many customers who do not require the power/complexity of existing products.
