We offer a number of ways to engage our services in Advisory, Project Management, and Independent Certification. We bring together individuals, teams and find the right specialist/s for our clients and their projects. Consulting Services - We provide specialist consultants on a project by project basis, working directly under the management and leadership of one of the Directors at FACTION. Client Managed Services - We provide specialist consultants that easily integrate into a client team. They will work directly for the client and can be based in their office. Multi-Disciplined Teams - We are experts in creating, leading and managing multi-disciplined teams. We provide a turnkey solution and a single point of accountability for our clients projects. Talent Finding - Many clients want to fill permanent roles. We know our clients and we know the market better than anyone else. We have an extensive database of talent, and because we work in the industry we can easily identify candidates with the right skills and attributes to fit your business.
