Facility Management Victoria Pty Ltd (FMV) contracts to Owners Corporations working closely with them ensuring on site Facility Managers, Caretakers, Support Staff and Contractors meet the short and long-term objectives of the Committees of Management. The objectives of the Owners Corporation are established by working closely with key committee members, listening to their views, providing comment and determining priorities. Measures of performance are established and timelines set for review. FMV was established in 2002 to meet the need to provide quality facility management services in high-rise residential and commercial property. We have established a strategic alliance with key organizations in the facility management industry including security, cleaning, essential services, air conditioning and fire maintenance services. Staff also have extensive experience working as part of a team assisting Developers of new projects from the early planning stages through to completion.
