He has specialized expertise in water resources engineering, GIS, database programming and network administration, and has provided consulting services on numerous projects for clients ranging from small districts to large cities and corporations. His projects have included everything from water resources planning and engineering, GIS design and planning, database development and analysis and web site design. Shaun Chin brings several years of experience in graphic design and programming, and works directly with our clients to determine their business needs and how these can be best implemented. He has over 10 years of organizational, administrative and management experience and acts as project manager for many of Websoft's business solutions. He has experience creating Web based applications including Web GIS applications and other database driven Web sites.
