Facilitated Solutions is one of Canada’s leading workplace conflict management firms. The three partners have a combined history of over 100 years of mediation experience. Headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Facilitated Solutions specializes in workplace conflict management. Our CMed certified mediators have extensive experience conducting interpersonal employee and team mediations within government organizations, healthcare and educational institutions, not-for-profit agencies and manufacturing industries. Facilitated Solutions is a consortium of workplace conflict management specialists who use a co-mediation/co-facilitation model of intervention. Using a peer support structure of accountability, mediators consult regularly with one another on a variety of practice and training development issues.
