Fabrum Solutions is a New Zealand company that delivers technically advanced and innovative composite engineering solutions, producing components for a range of products, such as superconducting transformers, magnets and cryostats and including composites for cryogenic containment and cooling systems in power systems equipment and other magnetic systems. Fabrum Solutions also manufacture large volume industrialised cryocoolers (PTC90, PTC330, PTC1000 and PTC1500) for use with liquefying nitrogen, methane, air and oxygen. These cryocoolers require minimal maintenance over their 50,000 hour operating life. Fabrum built the composite dewar and associated hardware for the world's first partial core superconducting transformer, in conjunction with the University of Canterbury.
