Björn Jakobson founded BabyBjörn AB in 1961, together with his sister-in-law Elsa Jakobson. His wife Lillemor Jakobson joined a year later and would as a textile designer become a crucial part of the team. Today, BabyBjörn products are sold in fifty countries, worldwide, but still with the HQ based in Sweden and a family-owned company. Our goal, ever since the company started, was to make everyday life easier for families with small children by developing premium quality, safe and functional products for children up to the age of three. We never compromise on the safety, quality and design of our products. We are also firmly convinced that you shouldn’t have to buy loads of products for your children – just a few that really work. Our policy of never launching a product that does not live up to our strict quality and safety requirements, means that over the years, parents have developed considerable confidence in us and our products. This is something that has only been possible due to the consistent level of deep commitment to their work shown by every single person who works for and is involved in the company.

LIEWOOD is a dynamic, design-driven, and highly commercial company in rapid growth - founded in 2015 by Anne Marie Lie Norvig with the desire and commitment to create a unique children’s lifestyle brand focusing on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. LIEWOOD is based in Copenhagen, and our universe is deeply rooted in the Nordic design tradition.

Konges Sløjd was founded in 2014 by Emilie Konge. Konges Sløjd is a Danish high-end design brand which is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. We create simple high-quality products in Scandinavia design – clothes, bags, toys and a selection of interior for both children and mothers. Our design philosophy is to make tasteful children’s designs and items that will bring the little one’s joy, which at the same time, make visual sense to the parents. We strive to make all our products sustainable, in natural materials and fibers that meet the European standard requirements. Our ambition is to bring Konges Sløjd to be world recognized lifestyle brand, becoming one of the leading brands in children’s clothes and interior. We will constantly strive to keep us updated in environmental awareness and will constantly seek information about new production methods at our suppliers.
