The F5 Crypto Capital GmbH is a crypto consultancy. We are convinced that cryptocurrencies are establishing themselves as an independent and new asset class. Our focus is to make this asset class accessible through scientific methodologies. Our clients are professional institutions such as asset managers, family offices, banks, and other institutional investors. There are 3 key challenges: 1. The custody of cryptocurrencies is complex and involves risks. 2. Legal hurdles regarding custody, purchase, and administration. 3. The selection of the cryptocurrencies and the appropriate allocation. In order to solve these challenges, we have developed a cryptocurrency index together with a well-known Professor from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Germany. A European Bank issued the first index-certificate (linked note) on top of our index. Now professional investors have the opportunity to invest into cryptocurrencies within a legal and safe framework.
