F & I Coach Information

F&I Coach is a New England based company with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. We specialize in driving performance in F&I Departments by utilizing a process driven sales approach that is consistent, compliant and supported by ongoing training. Our Certified Professional F&I Training School consists of a 4 day instructor led course with an exam on the final day. The exam consists of testing the skills and knowledge of the course material in the areas of state laws, proper documentation and CSI. When analyzing the Finance and Insurance Department, we must first gather data on past and present performance levels. Then we can take into consideration several ingredients to accurately forecast the true potential of the department.
