EZIDentification was founded in 2002. It was formed as a partnership to develop a very simple, low end identification card design and printing software. One partner was TransTech Systems, a specialty distributor in the identification products and solutions business and the other partner was a producer of safety and security products and supplies. A version was created for on-line use and a second version was developed as a packaged product for channel sales.
