With more than 90,000 square feet of capacity in the Midwest, our tightly-tuned manufacturing processes allow us to specialize in short-run, quick-turn jobs and complex plastic extrusions and assemblies. We work with low, medium and high-density polyethylene, ABS, rigid and flexible PVC, Plystyrene, Nylong, PETG, Santoprene and Sarlink. To demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service, we also offer splicing, heat sealing, punching, drilling, assembling and chamfering. Founded in 1980 in Chardon, Ohio, Extrudex is committed to growing the organization one client at a time. Our facility in Painesville, Ohio feature 20 extrusion lines where our highly-skilled employees provide clients with multiple options in plastic fabrication and finishing including custom color matching, gaskets & seals, blending, thin- and heavy-wall extrusions, product design and custom retail packaging.
