Extreme Tech Challenge (XTC) is the world's leading startup competition and ecosystem for showcasing the most innovative tech founders addressing the UN SDGs. Founded by legendary Silicon Valley venture capitalists, Young Sohn and Bill Tai, our mission is to empower and give early visibility to entrepreneurs building innovative technologies that improve business, society and the environment. We are an ecosystem of ecosystems, running our own global competitions as well as partnering with local entrepreneurial communities such as Norrsken (Sweden), SpeedInvest (Austria), IT Farm (Japan), Playground Global (USA), and NXP India. XTC deploys evaluation committees of deeply experienced global investors and corporate tech leaders with a keen eye for innovation and scalability.
