Extraview.io aims to bring unprecedented fairness and consistency to leadership and management assessment with its proprietary interview methodology, training, and platform. Extraview focuses on three main problems in experienced hire assessment: the interview, the interviewer, and time to hire. Firstly, they deliver over seven hours of on-demand training outlining the issues, the science, and the new methodology. Once trained, the software guides users through each interview, be it face to face, via video, or by phone. The software transcribes and records all interviews. Then, all other interviewers typically brought into the process are now what they call extra-viewers. They simply log in, watch or listen to the detailed interview, and use the same scorecard to evaluate the candidate. Instead of taking weeks to set up multiple interviews, the whole process is complete on the same day, and more importantly, candidates are assessed using a much fairer methodology that can be linked back to science.
