HELLO My name is John Kershaw and I am an event delivery specialist. I work for production, PR and marketing agencies as a crucial addition to their client teams. Whether you need an account director, a project director, a senior producer, or a blend of skills, I work with your clients as their point of call and manage a team to deliver their events - both live and virtual. I can take a brief, turn it into an experience and lead it through to delivery or deliver an already-scoped concept. I’m happy to work as part of your team, or assemble one from a proven pool of expertise. I have 27 years’ event delivery experience working for many of the world’s best known brands in energy, confectionery, social media, alcohol, retail, sport, leisure, financial, automotive, consumer tech and telecoms. The early part of my career focused on production management of the full range of live events from boardroom meetings to conferences and exhibitions for thousands of delegates. When brands started to see the value of experiential and putting significant budget into that category, I worked with some the early agency adopters of this style of event to develop engagement strategies and it is now in this form of event delivery that I specialise. I strongly believe any type of live event should have an experiential aspect that truly engages your audience - in the real and virtual worlds. Working across the world in Europe, USA and the Middle East I have overcome many challenges that those different markets present –whether it be an outdoor presentation at minus 35 degrees in the Artic Circle or air-conditioning a stadium with a retractable roof in 40 degrees heat in Qatar, I approach each project with enthusiasm and professionalism to ensure expectations are exceeded.
