Master Builder and Director of Extrabuild Pty Ltd, Paul Dyett, leads the entire building project utilising his 25 years Residential and Commercial Carpentry and Building experience to personally ensure that customers expectations are met or exceeded. His approachable, friendly manner and reliability ensure our customers receive the best service possible during the often unsettling process of renovating and/or extending. Paul has extensive personal experience building new homes worth up to one million dollars in the competitive Sydney market but has now chosen to focus on large and small renovations, extensions and roof renovations in the Newcastle and Lake Macquarie areas. We have an excellent team combining a professional attitude, good business skills and a focus on customer satisfaction. Our team has valuable experience in residential and commercial construction, detailed renovations and extensions. Both Paul and Extrabuild hold current Australian Builders Licenses and carry appropriate Insurances. We pride ourselves on friendly open communication and use standard Master Builders Association (MBA) Contract. We believe, and Clients agree, that good communication brings transparency giving both the Owner and the Builder peace of mind that both parties are on the same page.
