This gave him the determination to become a leading Talent Manager by offering a personalised, caring approach to his Talent, rather than treating them as a number. Since 2007, Adam's wife, Kylie, has joined the ranks, and the two of them have been progressing in leaps and bounds. Adam and Kylie always put their talent first, and work extremely hard for them.
