Synthetic genes leave out something nature relies on. Introns, the genetic grammar that helps a cell read and process a gene. Leaving them out can hold back RNA quality and protein output. ExpressionEdits puts them back. Our Genetic Syntax Engine is an AI platform that redesigns transgenes by restoring intron-exon architecture to improve RNA quality and protein expression. The current focus is gene therapy and recombinant proteins, with potential across antibodies, DNA medicines, DNA vaccines, and cell therapy. Better expression unlocks proteins that could not be made at useful levels before, and medicines that were previously out of reach. We build two ways at once. Partnerships with pharma, including a public collaboration with Boehringer Ingelheim, alongside our own wholly owned programs. Speaking nature's genetic language, to make better medicines.
