Explore Your Brain is a science-based education programme that helps children develop a growth mindset, emotional resilience, and stronger learning skills. Using engaging lessons, mindset coaching, and real-time brain activity feedback through EEG technology, we empower students to better understand and train their own brains. Developed by researchers at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, our programme translates neuroscience into practical tools for classrooms across Europe, equipping educators and students for long-term success.
