After leading her first large trip to Italy in October 2013, for a group of 21 young professionals from across the country, the idea for Explore Savvy was sparked. Since then, the founder has traveled to over 15 countries and led or coordinated small group trips to various countries including Guatemala, Colombia, Cuba, Hungary, Italy, Turkey and Ireland. Explore Savvy was officially launched at the beginning of 2016 to provide working professionals with tips on how to get the most out of travel without the high costs. This year, Explore Savvy plans to host additional travel-related events and expand her efforts to coordinate more international trips.
