Exploration Technologies was established in 2004 to provide a comprehensive suite of evaluation, exploration, and production related services to our clients. Our mission is to provide what the client requires by understanding their objectives and by working with management and staff to realize those objectives in the most time efficient manor at the highest standards of quality control and assurance. David Trabert is the founder and president of Exploration Technologies, Inc. He graduated from the University of Washington with a BSc. in Geology in 1987. In 1988, he received a National Science Foundation grant to research the tectonic and stratigraphic evolution of the Gazelle Basin in northern California. He graduated from UNLV in 1990 with his MSc. in Geological Sciences; his thesis titled: "Stratigraphy, Sedimentology, and Paleo Tectonic Evolution of the Gazelle Basin" received the Most Outstanding Thesis of the Year award. He started his career working in the mining industry in Nevada. In 1992, David was offered a consulting position working in Argentina in the early days of the privatization of the mining industry. Since then he has worked extensively in Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil, Ecuador, Venezuela, Mexico, USA, and Canada. Mr. Trabert is bilingual with 100% fulency in Spanish; he has successfully negotiated deals with government and private business in South America and Mexico and is an expert at organizing logistics at all levels. In 2004 he incorporated Exploration Technologies, Inc.; since that time ExplorTec has provided consulting services to the Oil & Gas, and mining industries.
