eXplanoTech have 3 main elements to their business practice – Consultancy , Training & Resources Division that initially commenced to augment staffing needs on in-house and client site project delivery needs. It became clear that this business model could replicate at a higher level than traditional Agency services and became an offering in its own right to Clients requiring Contractors and/or Permanent candidates to meet their own delivery and development cycle and headcount needs. Amongst many of the recognised bodies within the Mobile and Device industries we are members of the Cambridge Wireless Forum with the Group Managing Director being a founder of the Forum and a Champion of the Femto SIG Group (a voice for establishing standards and compliance areas as technology moves forward). Our consultancy and recruitment platforms have grown many fold since inception and has been managed carefully to ensure continuity of growth we are now experience acceptance of our services within the United Kingdom, Europe and America. The Training division is well equipped to support technical and non-technical staff within Qualcomm and your customers. We can provide training to In-house and your customers understand the technical and commercial aspects of the development of the telecommunication industry.
