ExpertSphere Information

Founded in 2007, We are a boutique recruitment agency specializing in IT recruitment. We offer a complete suite of permanent, temporary and contract recruitment solutions to our clients. ExpertSphere is not your typical “Supermarket” style recruitment agency. For a start, we’re not driven by high-pressure commission figures. Instead, we’re focused on delivering service and results so good that you’ll never forget us. What does that mean for you? You will receive candidates that are rigorously matched to your specific role We pre-qualify candidates very carefully – we never submit candidates to “make up the numbers”. In fact, our clients interview 90% of the candidates we submit. You will receive personnel when you need them Even if the requirement is same-day, we’ll move heaven and earth to secure the best candidate for you. We have a large and effective talent pool which we actively manage and maintain. You’ll see no red-tape delays Our processes are designed to reduce time-wasting red tape – unless paperwork is absolutely necessary, we won’t do it. You will be informed every step of the way Our process is straight-forward and transparent – progress is reliably communicated openly to all stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner. This is all made possible by our mix of recruitment expertise, account management and in-depth IT industry knowledge. Thinking Recruitment, Think ExpertSphere!
