ExperTeam is dedicated to four main areas of expertise - Training, Technical Writing, Marketing Writing, and Graphic Design. What makes us so uniquely different? With an emphasis in the hi-tech market, we provide companies with a range of services on a per-project, retainer or outsource basis. ExperTeam serves some of the largest names in the industry: Amdocs, Comverse, Kodak, NICE, ICQ, and Teva, as well as a host of mid-size and start-up companies, who entrust us with their initial and on-going training materials, technical writing and marketing collaterals. The company was founded in 2003. Dr. Anat Jacoby (PhD, Technology Instruction, UCLA), founder and Managing Director, incorporates her knowledge and skills culminating from years of consulting work into developing advanced training materials for leading hi-tech organizations.
