039;Visiting the Science Museum—as I have done for more than 45 years since I was very young—is one of the most inspiring times I have; it unleashes creativity in me and everyone I bring along here, especially my children and their friends.

LOUISIANA MUSEUM OF MODERN ART is a leading international museum of modern art. Located on the coast it strikes that rare balance between landscape, architecture, and art in a unique interaction that attracts visitors from around the world and makes a visit to Louisiana something special throughout the year. The museum presents six to ten special exhibitions annually and has a distinguished art collection with over 3,500 works. Louisiana is also a vibrant cultural centre open in the evening and offers a rich variety of activities and events.

Nationalmuseet er Danmarks statslige og største kulturhistoriske museum. Museet omfatter en række besøgssteder udover udstillingerne i Prinsens Palæ i København: Frilandsmuseet, Kongernes Jelling, Frøslevlejrens Museum, Trelleborg, Krigsmuseet, Liselund, Kommandørgården, Frihedsmuseet, Christiansborg Slot, Kronborg Slot og Musikmuseet. Nationalmuseet udfører en række centrale opgaver på landsplan inden for især følgende områder: arkæologi, etnologi, numismatik, etnografi, naturvidenskab, bevaring, formidling, rådgivning vedrørende kirkerestaurering, behandling af danefæ og udlån af museets genstande.
