We are experience driven hospitality addicts. The upside for us is; we are not the only ones. We think the reason you are reading this, is because you are too. We have been in the industry for 20 years . We met whilst working with Hard Rock Café and immediately recognised we were kindred spirits, not just as colleagues but in terms of our vision; for our people and the way we cared for our guests. We love our industry, its diversity & its resilience against the economy and challenging times. Hard Rock Café was a huge influence in our careers, it’s where we learned about the power of a strong culture and the importance of understanding the why? As Simon Sinek said; “the why? Is everything!” We traveled the world and worked with inspirational people who recognised as we did, that our business is a calling not a job, a life choice not a career. To care & to serve everyone in the same way, deep-rooted in our fabric was an attitude of innovation & creation based on an idea of recruiting and empowering really bloody good human beings who actually cared how your “experience” as a guest played out ….not your meal… There it is…. Experience, in this age of Instagram & capturing every experience you have with your friends, family, pets and anyone else who happens to be in your lens shot … it IS experience that matters to this generation, yes the product has to be quality and yes the price must be competitive but to generate repeat visits our guest needs to document the experience in their digital life and then when that memory comes around they remember how they felt and want to feel it again….and that’s why we want to help inspire the decision makers in our industry….
