Experience Foundation Information

Experience Foundation is an independently owned strategy and design agency, founded by Adam Scott, Charlotte Boyens and Su Lim. Our founders and partners are practitioners working together, allowing each to bring their personal commitment and depth of knowledge to every conversation, engagement, observation and task. We operate across timezones, allowing us to operate a 24- hour asynchronous work cycle that can be helpful when rapid responses are necessary. We have found this to be an effective and efficient way of working, as well as a collaborative method that challenges us, as a team, to think beyond our discipline and our geography.
