Expat Partners was started in 2003 by Fiona Mougenot, after a long experience in the field of expatriate services with KPMG LLP. Fiona is British and has lived in France for over 25 years, where her professional experiences have been with multi-national companies. Expat Partners has built a network of relationships with members of the French public administration, and numerous law firms and immigration practices across the world. Tapping into the unfulfilled need in today's marketplace has led Expat Partners to develop services to assist international companies - and expatriates themselves - with their immigration applications, ensuring rapid turnaround. The procedures are multiple and in most cases lengthy depending on the nationality of the expatriate, the country in which he/she will be working and residing, and their employment status. Human Resources are lacking in the time and experience that need to be devoted to making these applications.
