ExpandAbilities is a growth-focused platform dedicated to supporting mental well-being, personal development, and meaningful participation across sport, education, and life. Anchored by the ExpandAbilities MEETS podcast, we create space for honest conversation around mental health, leadership, resilience, and lived experience—amplifying voices that encourage growth beyond the field. In addition to education and media, ExpandAbilities provides small group recreational therapy services for school-aged youth with developmental disabilities. These services are designed to support social, emotional, and functional skill development through individualized, goal-driven programming that promotes independence, confidence, and real-world engagement across school, home, and community settings. Whether through conversation, connection, or care, ExpandAbilities exists to meet individuals where they are—and support growth in ways that are purposeful, inclusive, and person-centered.
