Thus, we offer our clients 15 hours of consultation with our in-house interior designer free of charge. Now you can truly make your home your own. We also keep a close eye on the quality of our services to guarantee your full satisfaction. The new houses built by Exo Construction are protected by the warranty plan for new residential constructions applied in the Province of Québec. We are licensed by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec and accredited by the GCR. Not only are our houses protected with the GCR, but we also have the highest construction standards in the whole region. Each house includes exterior cladding made of natural or composite wood that will last for over 25 years, a steel roof that has a 50-year warranty, oversized hybrid aluminum and PVC windows that will never need to be replaced, an amazing custom built staircase specially made for Exo construction homes, and a finished garage built with the same care as the inside of the home.
