Since 2000, eXLTech has drawn on the combined 35 years of experience of its founders selling for and running other information systems consulting firms. As a full service-consulting firm, eXLTech has staff members that are proficient in a wide spectrum of mainframe, midrange, client server and web-based technologies. We have staff members ranging from Project Managers, Technical Architects, Designers, Developers, and Network Engineers. Our Professional Services Division provides knowledgeable staff members who can either take direction from a client's manager or who can lead the way for development and maintenance activities. This allows our clients to access top IT talent when needed and fulfill their IT and Business goals using a variable cost model. Our clients have decided that being in the IT business is not their business and they can focus on what they do best. Our Job Placement Division is responsible for handling contingency-fee based permanent placement business, matching qualified candidates with open in-house positions. We also have provided consultants on a contract-to-hire basis.
