EXL Engineering Inc. is a multidisciplinary engineering consulting and materials testing company. Our engineering and technical staff can provide comprehensive consulting and technical services in field evaluation, design assistance, materials testing and inspection. Our services incorporate all phases of your civil construction project beginning with the planning and preconstruction phase which may include a review and development of construction plans and specifications, materials qualification testing, production and placement techniques, and any other special techniques unique to your project. During the construction phase we can provide inspection, supervision and concrete testing to help ensure a final product that meets industry standards and is acceptable to the owner. We can also provide inspection, evaluation and investigation during the in-service phase which may include problem resolution. EXL can provide a wide range of services during construction and operates several materials testing laboratories under current industry standards. We can also mobilize to provide the materials testing you need, where you need it, when you need it. Once construction is underway, our extensive experience and innovative thinking allows us to help our clients deal with challenges in a practical, hands-on manner to keep their project on track.
