Exercise for Rehabilitation & Health offer an extensive range of patient services that include preventative health as well as health self management programs. We offer clinical exercise physiology programs, diabetes Life! Programs, post operative rehabilitation and group education programs; in addition we have a purpose built rehabilitation gymnasium.
