Exempla is a privately held and family run group of companies with strong interest in the construction and property sectors of Canberra, Australia. With rootes dating back to Canberra in the 1970's, you can rest assured we are here to stay. More recently during the last decade brothers Peter and Dennis Tzanetos have been expanding the groups commercial property investment portfolio and residential developments projects in and around the Canberra region. The group consists of a variety of property investment entities and trading companies that result in a vertically integrated structure which focuses on Land Holding, Development, Finance, Property Management, Building and Construction Management principles. This focus and understanding of not only property development, but also the implementation of the physical building and construction process ensures Exempla has ultimately full control over the entire outcome as well as full responsibility for defect rectification, from initial design concepts to the keys being handed over. Exempla's operating philosophy is about creating 'Exemplary Property', such that we require all our development projects to outperform the norm with its financial viability, design creativity, implementation, environmental sustainability, and cultural and community outcomes.
