Executive Resource Group is a Queensland owned and operated organisation. Established for almost 15 years, we are a broad based recruitment consultancy with core expertise in executive, management and professional recruitment. Additionally we have two specialised business units working within specific sectors – these are: Care Source - Specialising in the aged care sector and focused on the recruitment of Facility Managers, Clinical Managers, subject matter experts (Quality, ACFI), specialist clinical staff, RV Managers, Community Care Managers and leaders. Regional Resource - Specialising in the provision of professional staff (engineers, nurses, interim managers etc) into rural and remote regions. We have a significant record of long-term relationships and preferred supplier arrangements with clients in public, private and not-for-profit sectors. Our approach to recruitment is based on “consulting” to clients – not simply “placing” candidates.
